Our recreational programs are for children ages 5 and up and designed to benefit each child's skill level both physically and mentally. Safety is our number one priority here which is why 360° Gymnastics places such emphasis on proper progression of skills. We want gymnasts to feel the empowerment of athletics and to be able to achieve small successes though out their gymnastic experience.
These are a high energy programs that place great emphasis on proper form, technique, skill progression and fun.
Gymnasts will be introduced to the basic core skills of gymnastics on all four apparatus (vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise). Proper stretching techniques & strength training will be emphasized to provide a foundation for continued progression.

The advanced class is specially designed for the recreational gymnast that is ready for more of a challenge. Placement in this class is for returning students or students with prior gymnastic experience that have attained a certain level of skill development.
