REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration at 360 Gymnastics is very simple. You only need to create an account on our:
Click the "Your Account Info" button in the top right hand corner. You can also register in person. A non-refundable registration fee covers the cost of insurance and processing. Any child registering for a class must have their form signed in person or completed online before participating in class.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
OPTION 1 – EASY
If you decide to pay monthly at 360 Gymnastics, you must sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The monthly payment will be billed to any visa or mastercard (debit or credit) of your choice. Making your life easier is what we are all about. If you would like to discontinue class for any reason, just give us written notice by certified mail or in person by the 10th of the month prior to cancellation. The EFT form will be available online shortly.
OPTION 2 - (5% SAVINGS)
You may purchase a three month session of classes. Classes must be paid for in full at the time of registration. Any missed classes must be made up within the three-month session and cannot carry over into another month. This option will allow you to receive a 5% discount. (Option 2 cannot be done using the online registration. Please contact the front desk to make arrangements.)
OPTION 3 – (BIGGEST SAVINGS- 15%!)
If you prefer not to pay monthly, you may purchase a year long membership from the time of registration. Yearly memberships are paid for in full before class begins and receive a 15% discount. No refunds are given after program begins. (Option 3 cannot be done using the online registration. Please contact the front desk to make arrangements.)
REFUNDS
Refunds can be given only to customers who withdraw prior to the start of class. NO refunds or credits can be given after programs begin. With prompt notification of a medical/family emergency an individual may withdraw from class and make up missed classes where space is available at a later date.
EFT WITHDRAWALS
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) withdrawals are processed on the 15th of each month. Payments made on the 15th go toward your next month of classes. In the event that you would like to discontinue classes, 360 Gymnastics needs to be notified by the 10th of the month prior to cancellation. Your signature is required to discontinue automatic payments. EFT Cancellation form can be found here, at the front desk or by submitting your intention to withdraw through our Contact Us page. Please submit form in a timely fashion. Thank you!
MAKE UP POLICY
Unlimited make ups – because life happens! Can’t make your regularly scheduled class? Don’t worry because you can make it up by giving us a call ahead and scheduling a class for a time that fits into your busy lifestyle. You must be a currently enrolled student to take advantage of the make up policy.
All make ups must be completed while still actively enrolled. No credits or refunds given for missed classes. Please note our scheduled holidays and make up accordingly – you might need to make up ahead of a class if it falls at the end of a month and you will not be continuing. If you know your child is going to miss class on a specific date, you can always schedule a make up in advance. We do not refund for missed classes.
Due to New England’s wonderful change of seasons, inclement weather can happen instantly. During bad weather, please call 360 Gymnastics or check our website at www.360-Gymnastics.com one hour prior to your class to check the status of the gym. You can also follow us on Facebook for the most up to date details of what is happening at 360 Gymnastics. If we do cancel classes, you absolutely will be able to use our make up policy.
Please remember to schedule your make ups and not just drop in.
Do I Pay More When There Are 5 Classes In A Month?
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
360 Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel any class that does not fill within two weeks after the monthly session starts due to low enrollment. To keep a class time active, we need a minimum of three children per class. If we do cancel the class due to low enrollment, we will offer you other class selections similar to your current schedule.
CLASS DATES
Our fall schedule begins on Wednesday September 7 and runs consistently until June 9. Our annual end of the year Flip Flop Fiesta will be running on June 11-13. For the month of September, all classes that meet on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday will automatically be entitled to a make up class.
Vacations
This pertains only to class programs – not to any team program.
We will be closed for classes the following dates:
Thanksgiving: November 23 - 26
Christmas: December 23 – January 2
Memorial Day weekend: Saturday May 26 and Monday May 28
