Rich Archer brings over 19 years of gymnastics coaching and facilities management expertise to this position.  At his former facility in Michigan, he was able to take a gymnastics business from the brink of failure to shining success in less than two years, as well as qualify and place his athletes at JO Nationals.  When he moved to Massachusetts, Rich began coaching at a local gym and their optional team program grew from one athlete to fifteen, and had every optional team member qualify for the State championships.  In the past three years six of his gymnasts qualified as members of the State All Star team to compete Regionally.  Rich has worked hard to establish solid working relationships with local coaches, state level judges, and local and national program officials.  Rich graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Michele Archer has been involved in the sport of gymnastics for the past 29 years.  She was a former competitor and has been coaching toddlers up through state and regional champions for the past fifteen years.   Michele has also expanded her involvement in the sport as a rated official, and was elected to the Massachusetts State Administrative Committee in the fall of 2003 to head and organize competitions for the developmental levels in the state which numbered approximately 1,000 athletes.  In the Spring of 2006, Michele was elected by her peers to become and is currently the State Administrative Committee Chair for Massachusetts USA Gymnastics.  Michele graduated cum laude from Fitchburg State College, with a B.S. in Biology, specializing in Exercise and Sport Science.
